Life is full of happiness, but you need to find it between the sorrows.
In fact there is more sorrow, more unhappiness, stress, tension, every thing that makes life unpeaceful. But all that can be made just to happiness. All your sorrows will be gone. only with a simple procedure.
and its just nothing and simple
YOU JUST HAVE TO CONCENTRATE HAPPINESS
I mean any happiness
there will be small small happiness you can find around you, for egs:- when you are so much tensed just look to the kids around you, that kid may be yours or somebody else. look at them how they play, how they fight, etc. get with them get relaxed the simplest way.
just get into the surroundings around you, get talking and just leave all the tension around you.
see the kids- they dont have any tension, the basic thing is they dont care about any thing around them.
And the most important thing is that you & you only, I didn't mean you as selfishness, here 'you' I meant as how you think? how you can handle one thing? how you can change yourself?
you need to think in a way that nothing is impossible even it is impossible.
you need to forgive to all around you for any mistake. Even if your girl friend have sex with some one in front of you.
that is the mind you needed.
See my friends some time tells me that I am the most happiest man in this world. yes some times it is true it is only because I think in that way. See we all fight me too- but the difference between you and me is the way i think, What i do is even after a fight with my friend, Even I have to put a band aid in my face. i will go to him in 5 mins and speak to him very normally. I will put my hands on his shoulder and talk like nothing happened.
If you can think in a way like that Then you will find happiness in all the things around you. & definitely dont worry what your friend may think, he will think like how is he so forgivable-listen wont that be good.
There are things around you, which you cannot forgive- Well i am asking you, why you cannot forgive???

Well I am quite sure that you are afraid to act as a child. You think you are matured. others will blame you when you do like that. What I am asking you is does the person who is blaming you can cure your problems?
you don't need to tell him what you want let him tell what ever he tells
when you want to behave like a child is also important

eg:- when your office problems makes you a tensed. when some thing stolen. when your girl friend dumped you, etc

ReplyDeletesee each person is unique in this world, at 1st all this will be still not possible 4 u. i said above even though if it is not possible, u have to think it is possible. & when u think it is possible you can forgive.
another thing if she doesn't want 2 apologies for her act then there is no point to go behind.
if it is silence it means she know what she had done, she is afraid to talk.
